Bruna Seibel Gehrke is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB). Since 2017, she has been an IEEE member, actively contributing through research, publications, and volunteer service. She currently serves as chair of the IEEE PELS YP committee.

Thiago Fonseca Rech is pursuing a PhD degree in Power Electronics at Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). He is an IEEE Graduate Student Member, an IAS Member, and the IPCSD-DEIC Liaison for South America for the IEEE IAS-IPCSD Engineering Student Chapter Design Contest 2025.

Janislley Oliveira de Sousa is a senior embedded software engineer and R&D technical lead at the SIDIA Institute, with nine years of experience in embedded systems for the consumer electronics industry. He is an active member of the IEEE. He has received international recognition with the IEEE Citizen Empowerment Prize (2017), the IEEE MGA Innovation Award (2020), and the IEEE Young Professional Innovator (2025).

João Teixeira de Carvalho Neto has been a tenured professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN) since 2013. He currently holds the position of Director of Technological Innovation and Coordinator of the Technological Innovation Center at IFRN. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE, and he serves as Co-Chair of the IEEE-IES Young Professionals Activities Committee.
