- Papers to be published at IEEE Xplore: up to 6 pages included. Two extra pages are allowed for R150,00 each page. Maximum eight pages. IEEE copyright required.
- Papers to be published only in the COBEP 2025 proceedings: three pages minimum and four pages maximum.
- Member accreditation: SOBRAEP Membership Card 2025 OR 2025 IEEE Power Electronics Society Membership Certificate.
- Student accreditation: proof of studentship (declaration by University, Faculty, School) or certificate of under graduation/MSc/PhD 2025 conclusion.
