Final Paper submission

If you want to have your paper published in the IEEE Xplore digital library, you will be asked to upload a signed IEEE copyright form at the same time as uploading the final PDF file of the paper after being validated by IEEE PDF Xpress. Check the guidelines at the end of the page.

In case you want to have your paper published ONLY in the COBEP 2025 proceedings, upload a signed one-page letter, with the phrase “I want to publish only in the COBEP 2025 proceedings,” in the copyright place.

Each paper requires a professional or student author registered in the conference until August 31, 2025, as explained in the registration section. The other authors of the paper can register as non-authors at any time before the conference.

Papers to be published at IEEE Xplore: up to 6 pages included. Two extra pages are allowed for R150,00 each page. Minimum four pages, maximum eight pages. IEEE copyright required.

Papers to be published only in the COBEP 2025 proceedings: three pages minimum and four pages maximum.

COBEP 2025 will exclude any accepted paper from distribution after the conference (including, removal from IEEE Xplore) if the accepted paper is not presented at the conference.

We kindly ask you to wait for additional guidelines before proceeding with the final submission. The deadline is August 31.
